‘When hospitality becomes an art it loses its very soul’ a saying which rings true for many establishments, however, the Christoforou family after two generations of being at the welcome end of the hospitality business do still work hard to retain that all important ‘soul’ also, putting their ‘ heart’ into what ever they undertake.
In 1985 the family created the Paphos based Pandream Hotel apartments, fifty one attractive, high quality, holiday homes, offering visitors the very best example of ‘true Cypriot hospitality’.
Each apartment has its own kitchenette and air-conditioning, guests can sit out on their balcony and look down on the swimming pool, and a great deal of thought has gone into ensuring the atmosphere of the Pandream apartments reflects the sense of being in a Mediterranean country.
Everywhere the gardeners have created garden areas displaying indigenous plants, fruit trees flowers and shrubs. For those wishing to work off the delicious meals on offer next door at the Meat Academy restaurant then there is a sauna and gym room also a tennis court. On site is a small supermarket which stocks all the basic amenities. Many of our summer guests do return for long stay holidays in order to escape the worst of the weather in their home country. This winter holidaying is a sound investment both economically and from a psychological and health view, as Cyprus is blessed with mild winters and a guarantee of seeing the sun at least every day during the winter months.
Putting once again our Heart and soul into a project, the family opened a classic and now very popular eatery within the Mall of Limassol, serving Gyros and what we can proudly boast as ‘probably’ the very best Souvlaki in town. Primarily used by customers as a welcome take away facility the pork, chicken, beef and vegetarian dishes has proved once again that always putting ones heart and soul into doing something well .......always wins in the end.
